Introduction to Storytelling
For: Aspiring storytellers, educators, librarians, seniors, teens anyone who wants to tell a story and tell it well
Participants will work with traditional folk material to explore how storytelling works, what makes a good story and begin the process of learning and performing a tale. No matter what kind of stories you want to tell, working with this tried and true traditional material will give you a firm foundation on which to build your skills.
Workshops will be tailored to the needs of the particular group.

Exploring Voice and Movement for Storytellers
For: Tellers with some experience telling in public spaces who want to deepen their practice
This workshop assists you in increasing the impact of your performances by exploring your relationship to the stories you tell and to the audience you want to reach. Accessing the strengths of the whole group and using the creative intelligence of body and voice, tellers are supported in an active, non-verbal investigation of their craft.

Individual Coaching
If you have a story that needs telling, whether you are a performance storyteller, a teacher, a businessman, we will work together to hone that story and increase your performance/presentation skills. Coaching will involve voice and body work designed to maximize your innate power to speak with authenticity and conviction.
